About The Team

The Partnership Operations and Account Management Team delivers best-in-class sponsorship management to ensure a Partner’s lifecycle and experience of SXSW Sydney is positive, seamless and achieves mutual shared outcomes. 

 

About The Role

As part of the Partnerships Team, the Account Manager supports the end-to-end delivery & fulfillment of SXSW Sydney partnerships, providing a first-class experience. The role requires strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills. Role responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients after a sale is complete; keeping the Account Management Lead across all client conversations as required
  • Project manage fulfillment of clients’ purchased assets such as advertising placements, social media campaigns, activations, hospitality & networking events, programming, ticketing, and lounges
  • Liaise and collaborate with other departments internally to facilitate fulfillment of assets 
  • Upsell client on additional opportunities where possible to enhance client’s presence and to supplement assets already purchased
  • Support Account Management Lead with post show reporting in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist with project management and administrative tasks as required

 

About You

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong project management & organisational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Can manage multiple deadlines 
  • Client management & delivery
  • Event management, design & operational delivery
  • On-site event management experience
  • Project management software (experience of using Monday.com would be a plus!)
  • Canva experience and an Agency background is desired
