Job Description - Account Manager - Fleet Management

Who we are:

FleetPartners is an ASX-listed established leader in vehicle fleet leasing, fleet management and diversified financial services across Australia and New Zealand and offers consumers, businesses, and governments access to solutions including fleet leasing, fleet management services, novated leasing through its suite of brands. 

THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, helping drive growth opportunities, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and retention is achieved within the region.

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):

  • Manage upcoming lease expiries and achieve your sales targets by proactively supporting existing clients, identifying new opportunities within your portfolio, and strengthening our brand and value proposition in the market.
  • Drive adherence to customer KPIs and foster a mindset of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements that improve efficiency and client experience
  • Maintain a regular cadence with your customer base, ensuring appropriate levels of engagement and multi-level relationship building in conjunction with the Relationship Manager and Senior Managers
  • Support the Relationship Manager team to deliver strategic and quarterly business reviews on schedule, providing recommendations to reduce costs and optimise the customer’s fleet operations

ABOUT YOU:

You are an experienced customer-focused professional ideally with exposure to the fleet management or leasing industry. You excel at driving customer outcomes, building strong relationships, and communicating effectively across all levels.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Account Management or customer service orientated role. Fleet management and leasing industry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-focused results
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels (internal and external)
