Our client is a dedicated team within a prominent media organization, focused on supporting small businesses in achieving their digital marketing objectives. 

The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal role in managing digital campaigns for a diverse range of small and medium-sized businesses. Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and implementation teams to drive campaign performance and provide top-tier service to clients

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to oversee digital campaigns for SMBs across various industries.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with premium customers through regular communication and insightful reporting.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to enhance campaign performance, offering recommendations for achieving campaign goals.
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance, swiftly addressing potential issues.
  • Stay updated on our suite of products, providing customer solutions to drive future business.
  • Assist colleagues in troubleshooting and effective problem-solving.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture under the guidance of the Customer Success Lead.
  • Lead projects and initiatives to streamline processes and enhance business operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Effective at addressing customer concerns, building rapport, and solving problems.
  • Positive and proactive attitude for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at cultivating strong relationships across various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable adhering to detailed workflow processes.
  • Previous experience with digital platforms Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and/ or programmatic tools
