Position Overview: As an Account Manager at GSK Insurance Brokers, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' unique insurance needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring their policies are tailored to protect their assets effectively. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service and proactively manage client accounts to drive business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Analyse clients' existing policies and make recommendations for improvements and additional coverage.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage options, costs, and benefits.
• Oversee the renewal process, including reviewing policies, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely renewals.
• Monitor changes in the insurance market and update clients on relevant industry developments.
• Handle client inquiries and claims, ensuring a seamless resolution process.
• Maintain accurate and organised client records in our database.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
