Account manager / Inside sales

Role Description

As an Inside Sales account manager, you will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of existing customers. You will proactively reach out via outbound calls to understand their evolving needs, upsell and cross-sell relevant products, all whilst providing an exceptional level of support and service to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. 

You will be Conducting outbound and virtual calls to existing Hexicor customers to grow and maintain current customer product offerings. 

Role Duties 

• Acquire and develop new business opportunities – From both inbound and outbound calls. 
• Achieve sales and activity KPI's as set out by your manager 
• Achieve monthly sales targets as set out by the business 
• Forecast expected sales return from your accounts to your manager 
• Assist with Driving marketing activities and work with customers to propose suitable products, services and upgrades. 
• Track and manage upcoming contract end dates and business renewals. 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account management/Inside sales 
• Exposure to the Telecommunications or Information Technology industries.  
• Exposure to Telstra or another main carrier service. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
• Natural ability to connect with people via phone/virtual calls. 
• Highly organised and timely with follow up. 
• Outstanding commitment to customer service and internal and external customer experience. 
• Capable of building strong and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across different cultures.
