We are hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow our IT recruitment accounts in Australia.
This role is for someone with a mindset to win — a person who takes ownership, thinks creatively, builds strong personal relationships with clients, and consistently drives results.
You will work closely with our recruitment team to deliver fast, high-quality hiring outcomes, while ensuring clients receive strong value and ROI for their recruitment agency spend.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, TA, Procurement, and contractors
Take a proactive and consultative approach to client engagement and hiring delivery
Develop strong market understanding across IT skill areas, talent trends, rates, and hiring demand
Drive recruitment delivery outcomes across contract and permanent hiring requirements
Manage targets, delivery performance, pipeline health, and closure outcomes
Ensure urgency, accountability, and strong follow-up across the recruitment lifecycle
Work closely with recruiters to improve delivery quality, speed, and interview conversions
Drive performance and accountability within the delivery team to achieve hiring targets
Identify opportunities to grow accounts, expand hiring volumes, and strengthen client partnerships
Contribute commercially through account growth, retention, and consistent delivery performance
Manage contractor relationships including engagement, issue resolution, retention, and ongoing communication
Maintain accurate CRM/ATS updates, reporting, and pipeline visibility
Represent Zone IT Solutions professionally across enterprise and government client environments

Strong submission-to-interview and offer conversion ratios
Growth in account penetration, active roles, and contractor retention
Positive client feedback on delivery, responsiveness, and service quality
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Proactive, target-driven, and solution-focused mindset
Experience in IT recruitment/staffing account management or delivery leadership
Strong market awareness and commercial thinking
Ability to manage teams, priorities, and delivery performance in fast-paced environments
High ownership, accountability, and execution discipline
Experience working with Australian or international clients is an advantage
