We are looking for an enthusiastic internal account manager to work with their clients within our Packaging Team to maintain and grow existing accounts.

As a key member of the team, you will be the driving force behind building and nurturing relationships with our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Outbound Calls.
• Negotiating and closing sales.
• CRM Management.
• Entering Request for Quotes.
• New Product Enquiries.
• Issue Resolution.
• Customer & Product Forecasting.
• Checking and approving Artwork requirements.
• Project Management within existing client base.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior B2B sales experience ideally in the Printing or Packaging industry
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
• Computer literate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
