Account Manager / Sales Representative

We are searching for an Account Manager / Sales Representative! 

Organised and energetic - someone who is switched on and can work across multiple areas in a print environment, print all rounder.

We are seeking an Account Manager for our existing customers and source new customers  for the business.

About the Role: 

• Develop clear focused sales plan with key sales activities and measures identified
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular phone contact
• Educate customers and prospects on the service and products we provide.
• Source new customers through cold calling on phone and in person
• Generate sales enquiries through follow up of marketing activities
• Follow-up all leads, enquiries and quotes in a timely manner.
• Present quotes to customers and prospects.

A knowledge of design & digital print products and production would be beneficial.

To be successful in this position you will need:

• High attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• a positive “can do” attitude!
• motivation to be a self-starter, pro-active and enjoys working in a team environment.
• a love of processes, ticking the boxes and getting the job done right the first time!
• Print industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Must be computer literate, and fully competent with Gmail and Excel 
• Highly organised, flexible able to be pivot quickly, juggling competing priorities and deadlines
• Attention to detail quality and accuracy is essential
• Team orientated and open to giving and receiving feedback.
• Reliable
