Job Description - Account Manager / Senior Account Manager


We are a PR & Content agency that helps ambitiously disruptive organisations solve complex communications problems. We do this by crafting stories and strategies that build trust, earn fandom and provoke action.



Bud has recently expanded into Australia and is looking for dynamic, curious and collaborative Account Manger or Senior Account Manager, (depending on level of experience) to join our Sydney team and help us deliver jaw-dropping work for our clients, and build a world-class company culture. 



What you will do



  • Work with a variety of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies

  • Draw on insights and data to play an important role in our clients’ PR and content strategies

  • Build relationships with journalists and other media contacts

  • Support in growing accounts by understanding our clients’ needs and goals

  • Accelerate your knowledge of how to run a successful press office and help train/coach interns and junior team members

What you need



  • At least 3 years agency or in-house experience in PR, content, journalism, or integrated communications.

  • A keen interest and passion for technology and media. 

  • Experience managing clients and senior stakeholders, project management.

  • Leadershio

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a strong ability to form engaging and informative copy that can capture attention for all the right reasons. 

  • Ability to foster brilliant relationships with media, clients, team members and stakeholders.
