Your Profile:

We're on the lookout for an Account Manager with up to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering excellence, embrace challenges as opportunities, and possess strong communication and influencing skills. We're seeking someone with the right attitude and work ethic to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

As an Account Manager at Dot, you will report directly to the Innovation Director, serving as the primary contact for daily client communications within established accounts. Your responsibilities will include building lasting partnerships with clients and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources through proactive planning.

Qualifications:

Ideally, you have 3-4 years of experience in client services, agency, or brand-related roles, with a track record of reliability, creativity, and strong communication skills. However, we're also open to candidates with less experience, including recent graduates who are passionate about design and innovation.
