Job Description - Account Manager - Urgent Role

Join the IOR team and be an integral part of our exciting growth! We are seeking an experienced Account Manager and Sales Support professional to support our small network customers. The role will be based out of our Brisbane office at our new multifunctional site at Lytton.  

The role:

  • Manage office-based accounts for the IOR network (inbound and outbound) and qualifying inbound leads
  • Provide superior customer service by responding in a timely manner to customer requests for product, technical or account information
  • Maintain a log of all calls in the CRM system with comprehensive notes
  • Prepare sales reports, quotes, and presentations as needed to support the sales team in their strategic decision-making
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangement
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and opportunities
  • Work closely with the Sales team to manage sales opportunities
  • Support for inbound customer service positions and processes plus administration support for the Head of Sales

  • Exceptional telephone manner and ability to communicate with a varied customer group
  • Positive outlook and a desire to provide superior customer service
  • Self-motivated team player with strong inter-personal skills
  • Excellent listening and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
