Due to our expanding portfolio of clients, an Account Manager role has opened up at LEX Collective. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and operations of Brand Ambassador programs in major retailers across Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to work with blue-chip brands in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of their client to ensure we meet and exceed expectations. This will be accomplished by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and accelerate our customer offering.
- Manage day-to-day operations: client engagement, reporting, WIP meetings, timelines, project tracking and execution, project estimating, reconciliation, and invoicing.
- Liaise with and prepare briefs for internal teams to ensure clients' projects and campaigns are executed as planned.
- Utilize internal processes to optimize and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the Agency and Group by participating in the continual evolution of our service offering.
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in our customers' success.
- Ensure alignment and understanding of current activities and initiatives: You will be regularly updated and briefed on all relevant activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign activities.
- Leverage local knowledge to source and ideate opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and execution of projects.
- Engage third parties and manage events within budget constraints.
- Provide detailed reports using internal software to measure success and inform future activities.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in events, activations, experiential marketing, or as a brand ambassador.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, staff, and customers.
- Ability to understand tasks quickly, perform independently, and use a solution-based approach.
- A willingness to step up to challenges with a ‘can-do' attitude.
- A high level of organization and attention to detail
