We are a boutique creative production agency working with several national brands and well known Brisbane based clients providing day-to-day creative and production services.  We have a highly skilled team with experience delivering numerous award-winning marketing campaigns.

Thanks to several exciting client wins and growth of our existing portfolio of clients, we're looking to add to our team to help with the growing workload – and we would love that to be you!

We are looking for great Account / Project Managers with previous experience delivering creative campaign assets to market from either client or agency side.
 

About you:

As an Expressway Studio Account / Project Manager, you will be on the front line working with our clients to understand their needs, then will work with the internal creative teams to deliver the work to the highest standards. You will be contributing to the business' growth by cultivating and maintaining client relationships and seeing projects through to their successful completion. 

You will have exceptional attention to detail, can prioritise your workload, and have excellent communication skills - confident speaking with both clients and internal creative production teams. 

You can manage the day-to-day running of creative projects and coordination of internal teams and external resources to deliver work to the highest quality, on time and on budget. 

Your priority is ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, frequently surpassing client expectations. 

You are well-known for your ability to think, problem-solve, ask the right questions and are able to offer well thought-through strategies for helping clients achieve their goals.

You've had 2+ years in an Account / Project Manager role in a similar field and are looking for your next challenge!

Responsibilities include

• Managing the scoping of project requirements with clients and overseeing projects through to completion
• Managing key accounts and acting as the main contact between our team and theirs
• Managing the execution of creative outputs across channels for key accounts
• Communicating with clients regularly via video call, email, phone and in person
• Coordinating client requests and feedback with internal creative production teams
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Managing task assignments through Expressway Studio and client systems
• Overseeing client work to ensure expectations are met, and work maintains a high quality
• Ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget
