• Accountancy & Computer Knowledge required and bookkeeping skills desirable
• Laptop, webcam, microphone, internet connection with backup required.

Tasks

• General admin & related works. Basic accounts and bookkeeping.
• Website updates, entering products and services.

Place of Business Remote work, location of your choice. You are required to supply your own laptop, webcam, microphone and internet connection. Remote connection to head office is required.

Description Ideal for graduates from India, entry level position assisting senior staff.

Typical tasks; Bookkeeping [40% Estimated]. Admin [20% Estimated] General Admin and Clerical [40% Estimated] Website Page Updates, Copywriting.

Typical days of operation; Mon-Fri AEST 8am to 4pm, or, New Dehli Time 6:30am to 2:30pm. Sat-Sun work negotiable. Work from home.

Basic Requirements

• Can handle overnight hours
• Excellent English Skills
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, honest, hardworking, responsible, and able to work autonomously
• Touch Typing
• Excellent understanding of I.T. in general
• Always improving your skills

Able to

• Work with Gmail, Google calendar and Microsoft Office.
• Work with Intuit Quickbooks Online.

Hours

• Typically 7.5 hours per day for 5 days a week
• New Dehli Time 6:30am to 2:30pm.
