The business provides services and advisory supporting clients ranging from early-stage innovators to large multinational organisations. It's a fast-evolving environment where finance plays a key part. The Role

Responsible for accurate financial reporting, assisting with month-end processes, and general support to the Senior Financial Accountant. This role maintains strong controls and drives continuous improvement and supports Shared Services Finance within a high performing team.

• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close, including journals, reconciliations and workpapers
• Prepare and post general ledger journals with appropriate supporting documentation
• Assist with balance sheet, bank, intercompany and expense allocation reconciliations
• Provide financial analysis support, including variance analysis and revenue forecasting
• Maintain fixed asset register and assist with depreciation and tax compliance (GST, PAYG, FBT)
• Support audit, controls and process improvement, collaborating across finance teams

Your Profile

You will be a solution-focused person with strong initiative, a willingness to learn and great communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accounting fundamentals
• Intermediate Excel skills and reconciliation knowledge
• CPA/CA progression desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive with ability to manage deadlines
