Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a highly motivated team, we are excited to be recruiting for this role that will be responsible for;
Lead end-to-end financial reporting and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
Support the Financial Controller in delivering high-quality financial reporting and insights to drive business decisions
Oversee and monitor offshore Shared Services (AP, AR, and Financial Reporting teams)
Manage month-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and reporting deliverables
Coordinate external audit processes and manage relationships with auditors
Ensure compliance through execution and oversight of SOX controls, identifying opportunities to strengthen governance and streamline processes
Oversee tax compliance activities including BAS, income tax reporting, and transfer pricing documentation in collaboration with regional tax teams
Partner with HR to ensure payroll processes are effectively managed and compliant
Lead credit management activities, including monitoring debt, managing complex accounts, and ensuring DSO targets are achieved
Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to support financial performance, growth, and profitability

Ideal candidate
You’re a commercially astute and detail-oriented finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. You bring a strong blend of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement mindset. Key skills and experience include:
Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA/CPA qualification preferred
Demonstrated experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis within a complex organisation
Proven experience managing or overseeing teams, including shared service environments
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal/external reporting requirements
Experience with SOX controls and governance frameworks (highly regarded)
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and exposure to reporting and planning tools such as OneStream or similar systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in financial data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across local and global teams
