The Opportunity 


We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our ANZ Finance team on a 7-month fixed-term contract, with an expected end date in late January 2027. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the primary purpose of this position is to provide general administration support to the CHC sales and marketing team and G&A teams in relation to raising purchase orders, document storage, data integrity analysis and cleansing and any other duties as and when required in order to manage the procurement process efficiently. 



Key accountabilities include: 


Production of non-inventory purchase orders in SAP 



  • Create purchase requisitions as per request from CHC sales and marketing, IT team in a timely manner

  • Take responsibility for Document Storage 

  • Ensure quotations are attached to Purchase Orders 

  • Ensure that all invoices are properly matched to POs and that payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Updating and maintaining supplier contract database

  • Updating and maintain supplier assessment and certification records

  • Other general administration as required 



Master Data create and maintain 



  • Maintain master date by performing creation, updates, and ongoing management to ensure date integrity and consistency across systems. 



Purchase Order maintenance 



  • On a monthly basis review the status of open purchase orders and take action with CHC business unit and IT teams to close those that are inactive 

  • Maintain Purchase Order Tracker for CHC and IT business unit 



Month End 



  • Provide month-end Open PO report to Financial accountant

  • Support month-end open PO accrual process 



Initiate and coordinate change controls to update user authorisations in SAP/Fiori 



  • Periodic review of users and approvers (i.e. new employees or team structure change)

  • Launch a request to make an update in SAP/FIORI if necessary 



Train new purchase requisitioners on the purchase requisition process 



  • Schedule and conduct one-on-one user training sessions during the first month that each new requisitioner is in the role 



About You 


To be successful in this role you will possess accounts admin experience, similar roles and experience will also be considered. 


Other key requirements for this role include: 



  • Ability to use ERP/purchasing system transactions, especially within SAP (highly desirable) Intermediate experience with Excel 

  • Experience carrying out similar duties within a similar company, preferably Pharmaceutical / FMCG 

  • Intermediate experience with Excel
