Location: Wollongong

Hours: Suitable for experienced Accounts personnel looking for part-time work within school hours. Requires 5 days a week on-site work with some flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Process invoices and payments in accordance with company policies.
Reconcile financial statements and accounts.
Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payments and invoices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Ability to process payroll accurately, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions.

Requirements:

Previous administration and accounts payable/receivable experience is essential.
Ability to work for multiple companies in several and separate accounting software programs simultaneously.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
Strong multitasking capabilities.
Very structured approach to workload management.
