As our new Accounts and Administration Assistant you will work closely with our Office Manager and administration team to support the office.
This is a permanent, full time position. You will be busy and challenged whilst continuously learning. You will have the opportunity to learn and use our technology platforms. Some of the duties of the role will involve:
This role is suited to someone who has a positive, can-do mindset together with an energetic and motivated manner and would suit either someone established in their career or someone who is still developing.
This is a small team where our administrative staff all pitch in and work together to keep our office humming. You will need to be collaborative and flexible and comfortable working with specialised legal software and Xero enjoy being part of a team which prides itself on delivering exceptional legal services to clients.
Ideally you will have previous experience in an administration or financial setting but for us, the most important thing is the right attitude. If you are well rounded, responsible, reliable, and enjoy learning, then we’d love to hear from you.
