This diversified development and building organisation have a secure pipeline of new projects, being delivered on land holdings that they own. With an innovative and unique approach to residential housing construction, they are dedicated to delivering high quality homes to their customers. With a significant portfolio of projects being currently delivered and others in planning they require additional administrative support to manage the successful completion of these homes.
About the Role
The Accounts and Administration Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Construction Manager in the day-to-day administration of construction projects. This will initially be on two significant projects, the first being 12 apartments and 7 retail tenancies, delivered in 3 stages. You will be responsible for managing project documentation, supporting financial administration, coordinating communication across teams, and providing on-site support.
The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Given the need to travel between multiple sites, a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are essential.
