An established service-based organisation in the Brisbane CBD is seeking an organised and proactive Accounts & Service Administrator to join their growing team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and can confidently manage both customer service and administrative tasks.
Your new role

• Handling customer enquiries over the phone
• Managing and prioritising a shared inbox
• Scheduling jobs and coordinating with the internal team
• Creating and maintaining job records
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Performing reconciliations
• Creating purchase orders (POs) and processing invoices

What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in administration, customer service, or accounts support within a technical or service-based environment will be highly regarded.
