About us: T.A. Field Estates is an organisation with over 100 years of history that operates in the agriculture industry with 6 grazing and cropping properties in NSW, and the Head Office located in Darlinghurst. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our Head Office function.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoice processing and various reconciliations.
• Assist the team in maintaining accurate financial records and updating accounting databases.
• Assist in month-end and year-end procedures.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting.
• Work closely with the team on detailed analysis.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly strong knowledge of Excel).
• Experience using accounting software.  Further training on MYOB Advanced will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
