Accounts Officer

Our client is looking for a motivated accounts officer who wants to excel in their career! Your new company
A client is seeking an Accounts Officer to support the day-to-day finance function.This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract (standard across the organisation) with a view to permanency.
Your new role
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoices, payments and follow-upsCompleting bank and account reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
Assisting with month-end tasks and reporting as required
Supporting general transactional finance and administrative tasks
Assisting with contracts, insurance and other finance-related documentation over time.
Working closely with Directors and supporting broader accounting processes as skills develop

Training is provided, with scope to take on more responsibility as you progress.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience or exposure to AP/AR or transactional accounting
Part-Qualified in CA or CPA
Willing to learn, ask questions and take ownership of tasks
