Join Our Team as an Experienced Accounts Officer!

Are you a skilled accounts professional looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a talented individual to join us at our stylish offices in Balcatta. This is a fantastic chance to work with a leading construction company specializing in commercial and residential developments across Western Australia.

In this role, you will primarily handle accounts payable and receivable, along with some daily administrative tasks. We offer flexibility with the position, which can be either full-time or part-time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts with general ledger 
• Accounts Payable & Receivable 
• Chasing Debtors & Creditors 
• Data entry of invoices to maintain accurate records and databases
• Maintain records of business costs, such as labour & materials 
• Check invoices for inaccuracies against purchase orders 
• Prepare weekly pay sheet for management
• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
• Running errands as needed to support office operations
• General administration tasks as required
• Budgeting & Forecasting 
• Handle general accounts queries 

What We're Looking For:

• At least five years in an accounts payable and receivable role within the construction industry.
•  A proactive and enthusiastic individual.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a small team environment and work autonomously.
• Highly experience with Xero accounting software.
