Accounts Officer

MSM Milling is experiencing enjoying a period of sustained ongoing growth, and has created a new opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join our friendly finance team.

Your opportunity

We have a newly developed opportunity to join us as the Accounts Officer reporting to the Senior Accounts Officer. This position will have responsibilities across accounts payable and receivable, and associated tasks including payment and reconciliation of creditor accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Accounts payable & receivable
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger to vendor statements
• Reporting, processing information & data entry
• Assisting & supporting the finance team as required.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised individual with experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and exposure to accounting software (desirable). You will be able to work well autonomously, be a great communicator and comfortable to work closely with a small team.
