About your new employer This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global organisation and work in a collaborative and friendly team. This is initially a temporary contract with a view to go permanent. About your new job Working in a team and reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for:
•Processing high volume of invoices
•Handling and resolving supplier queries
•Supplier reconciliations
•Processing staff expenses and handling petty cash
•Processing payments – local and overseas
•Ad -hoc administrative tasks as required About You You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who can work autonomously and manage vendors. To be successful in this role you will ideally have a proven track record of the following:
•Previous experience in a similar position especially supplier reconciliations
•Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships
•Exposure to large ERP Systems
•Knowledge of Excel What is in it for you
