Accounts Payable

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Officer for a 4-week contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform the accounts payable function, including the accurate processing and payment of invoices. * Verification and checking of invoices. * Ensuring invoices are paid within set credit terms. * Ensure invoices are coded to the correct General Ledger account. * Performance of relevant general ledger reconciliations. * Produce reports such as Ön Time Payment reports etc. * Provide details of expenses as and when required. * Manage the corporate card facility including monitoring of compliance obligations of cardholders, issuance of new cards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience. * Well-developed interpersonal skills and communication. * Collaboration & Teamwork - Encourage a positive working climate and foster clear and concise communication both internally and externally. * Analytical Skills - be able to interpret key financial data and recommend solutions to issues and problems to the best advantage GT. * Financial Acumen - Understanding of the risk /reward equation, strong knowledge of investment and banking.
