Accounts Payable Administrator

Van Leeuwen Pipe & Tube is seeking to fill a position of an Accounts Payable officer who can work Monday to Friday - Part time & Full-time applicants will be considered. 

About the role: 
The primary purpose of the role is day to day accounts payable with administration duties. 
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Handle telephone and email AP queries with professionalism.
• Email remittances and provide vendors with expected payment dates.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• 1+ year in a role that has exposure to Accounts Payable processes.
• An understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AP queries efficiently.
• Answering and routing incoming lines on multi line telephone system.
• Data entry using several operating platforms
• Digital and Standard Filing
• Bank Reconciliation 
• Office/warehouse Grocery upkeep
• Stationary upkeep

 About You:

• Be Reliable & Punctual
• High Attention to detail
• Own Car & License
• Able to work as part of a team
• Microsoft Office 
• SAP Experience an advantage but not essential
