About The Role

This versatile position is based at the company head office in Willoughby, reporting directly to the Finance Manager, and working closely with the Head office team, your responsibilities includes:

  1. Accounts payable - full account payable function (assisting with payroll), as well as some general accounting & reporting responsibilities.
  2. Administration - business administrations, archive management, record keeping, file management and assisting the head office team with administration support.
  3. Office maintenance - general office maintenance duties such as assistance with orders including office stationery and groceries, assistance with company events and weekly meetings, maintenance of the kitchen, maintaining the overall presentation of the office.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Computer proficiency, in particular MYOB and Microsoft Office - Excel
  • Account payables / reconciling experience
  • Proficient in interoffice and customer relations
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
