ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Payable Officer to join our finance department on Fixed-term Full-time basis for 12 months. In this role you will be responsible for processing and managing accounts receivable and payable tasks for the group. This includes:

• Processing and reconciling customer invoices and payments
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Processing customer applications and trade credit insurance
• Customer setup and maintenance
• Establishing and maintaining vendors;
• Weekly debtor reporting reconciliation and review
• Help with end of month close out, audit enquiries and regular checks to ensure data quality
• Supporting front office operations on an ad hoc basis

• You have demonstrated experience in accounts payable, receivable and data entry
