Barcode Direct supplies essential medical items to hospitals Australia wide, we are seeking a new member to join us who has a “can do” attitude to all tasks, is highly professional, and is a team player with accounting experience.
Skills required
Must be a Team player
Previous experience in a similar role is required (bookkeeping/accounting
Experience with accounting software
Experience with MYOB is highly regarded
Attention to detail is a must
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Professional when speaking to customers on the phone and via email
Main Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable
Manage accounts payable
Weekly Bank reconciliation
Impromptu administrative tasks to be performed as part of a team-oriented culture such as answering phones, scanning, and filing
Reconcile credit card statements monthly
Record and organise returns from customers (minimal)
Record and organise evaluation units (minimal)
Remittances
Liase with our bookkeeper
Join monthly team meetings
Salary: is negotiable based on experience
Start Date: End of Janurary/start of Feburary
Roster: Flexible, 3 days per week, flexible hours, 24 hours over the week.
