Accounts Payable - Full Time - Opportunity to Make a Difference

We are a well-established electrical company in the construction industry. 

With multiple sites state wide and a national presence, our accounts department operates from our main office in Melbourne’s South East. 

Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable employee to join our fast-paced friendly team.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);

• Processing creditor invoices and credits accurately against purchase orders
• Reconciling creditor accounts for payment, processing payments and collating remittance advice 
• Data entry 
• General admin duties
• Answering phone calls 
• Assisting Payroll with admin and/or data entry when required

The successful applicant should have:

• Good experience within accounts payable in Australia
• Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
• Confident with Microsoft products
• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills 
• Be able to work within a busy team
• Experienced with Pronto software (Not essential as training provided)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
