Accounts Payable Officer

Your Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high volumes of invoices through D365
• Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
• Fortnightly and monthly payment runs
• Partnering with operational and procurement teams
• Resolving supplier queries
• Vendor management
• Master data management
• Adapting to ad-hoc tasks as they arise

Your Profile:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Confidence in handling end-to-end Accounts Payable duties
• Proficiency in any large-scale ERP system, Ideally Microsoft based
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to consistently meet deadlines
• The versatility to work independently and collaboratively
