Accounts Payable Officer

Accounts Payable Officer Robert Half location Brisbane. $60,000 - $68,000 p.a. + superannuation.

Your opportunity this role will kickstart your career in Finance as you'll receive a huge amount of training and development from experienced leadership and tenured colleagues. They will also provide you flexibility around start / finish times knowing that everyone has responsibilities to juggle. You'll be joining the business as an AP Officer, and you only need 9 - 12 months of experience in Accounts Payable to be considered.

You will be responsible for reconciliation & Payment of Preferred Supplier Accounts within agreed trading terms with relevant discount applied. Daily Bank Reconciliations. Processing Daily Urgent Payment requests. Administer Accounts Payable emails as and when required. Maintaining Creditor Accounts and clearing outstanding items 90 days and older.

Responding to queries from Suppliers & Customers. Responding to queries from branches. Filing and archiving of payment support documentation. You will be joining a large business that has a huge focus on culture and team wellbeing, as well as career development.
