About the role

• Management of accounts payable software
• Ensuring all invoices are accurately captured into the accounts payable system
• Ensuring all invoices are correctly coded to the cost centre
• Schedule pay runs and processing payments
• Filing and maintaining supplier records
• Checking and verifying invoices
• Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations
• Management of Early Payment Requests
• Verify and process employee expense claims and manage the approval and payment process
• Reconciliation of Credit cards
• Identify improvements to the accounts payable process

About you

• Excellent customer service skills  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Practical time management skills.
• Strong computer literacy.
