Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer

THE ROLES

We have multiple Accounts Roles (handling receivable & payable, general asst accounting duties), playing a pivotal role in the finance departments, reporting to the Financial Controller/company owner. You'll be responsible for maintaining and processing customer and supplier records with precision and efficiency. Joining small to medium-sized teams covering various functions including Finance, Admin, AP, AR, and Payroll, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our client operations.

Industries include Manufacturing, Fabrication, R&D, Innovation, Engineering, Automotive and small family- sized businesses.

Responsibilities
-Supporting the Finance Supervisor with various bookkeeping duties
-Reconciling supplier statements
-Resolving supplier queries
-Managing inboxes
-Conducting credit card reconciliations
-Executing supplier payments
-Handling ad hoc payments
-Entering data and matching purchase orders
-Bank Reconcilliation

-Keen eye for detail

-Outstanding communication skills

-Familiarity with Xero, MYOB and other accounting and other business software is advantageous.
