Accounts Receivable / Collections Officer - Hiring Urgently

We are currently working on a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, Collections Officer to work for a large US owned business with a long history of growth and innovation.
This is a unique and dynamic service provider who have successfully led the way in this industry by embracing technology and providing superior service to their customers.

To cover some extended leave, there is a current vacancy for an AR / Collections professional to join this team for approximately 9 weeks, to commence 3rd June 2024.

Responsibilities include:

• High volume collection of all overdue debts
• Investigating and resolving customer queries
• Review problem accounts
• Liaise with customer service, sales and internal staff about status of customer accounts
• Ad hoc accounts administration

Experience required:

• Previous experience within an Accounts based role and happy to manage the collections
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good skills in negotiating
• Ability to manage your own workload
• Willingness to learn
