Join our dynamic team in Mount Waverly as an Accounts Receivable/Customer Care professional in the Wholesale Trade industry. Working 3 days per week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Note, Friday's working from home.

Description

• Match payments to invoices promptly and accurately.
• Process Credit Notes for rebate payments in SAP according to Trading Agreements.
• Send monthly statements to customers via email.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in customer accounts or invoices.
• Reconcile accounts monthly and track overdue invoices using AR ageing reports.
• Prepare monthly AR aged reports to update on the status of overdue payments.

Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills. Candidates should be computer literate with a basic understanding of Excel and possess a mathematical background. The ability to work independently is essential.
