Accounts Receivable / Human Resources - Rapid Progression

Due to rapid growth, we require the services of an administrator who has experience in Accounts Receivable, has an enthusiastic attitude, passionate outlook and enjoys taking ownership in their daily work tasks.

We are looking to recruit a new full-time member to join our friendly Finance team located in Geelong.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build relationships with our varied customer groups and prepare and email out weekly/monthly debtor accounts statements
• Follow up on outstanding debts
• Provide a high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting duties and analytical tasks as required

 The following is essential:

Proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable, Administration role, as well as the following attributes:

• High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
• Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment.
