A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Officer to become part of their highly driven and talented team. Reporting to their Finance Manager, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities including:

Record, reconcile and manage incoming payments with outstanding invoices
Handling and overseeing communication with customers and their accounts
Coordinating with customers to secure prompt collection of overdue payments
Evaluating customer credit worthiness and establishing limits for new customers
Assisting with components of month end reporting
Investigate and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies
Undertake ad hoc finance duties as required

To be considered for this role you will have at least 4-5 years' experience working in accounts receivable, ideally within a large organisation. You will also have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a penchant for collaborative teamwork.
