Accounts Receivable Officer

A property organisation is looking for a receivable officer to join them on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role that will mean you will help with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable and Billings. You will undertake all the responsibilities of the receivable officer and support the Finance Manager in the production of the billings and accounts receivable.
  
Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Update customer accounts and perform reconciliations;
• Accounts receivable;
• Dealing with receivable queries;
• Deal with billing queries;
• Allocation of payments;
• Expense management;
• Bank reconciliations;
• Uploading invoices;
• Reviewing and processing of expenses;
• Assist with the Billings;
• Dealing with invoice queries;
• Cash receipting and allocations;

  
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be an experienced receivable officer who has 3-4 years in the Receivable/Billings space. You will need to have an excellent attention to detail and a track record of adding value. Experience working in property will also be advantageous but not essential.
