Accounts Receivable Officer

Well-established, nationally based manufacturing company we have a great opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team.  We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-presented and reliable individual, mature minded to work on a full time basis.

Location: Smithfield, NSW

Requirements

This role will suit only highly motivated and proactive individual who is passionate, and committed in delivering and achieving results.  We have a finance team that require your skill and talent as an accounts receivable specialist and joined a well established organisation.

Your responsibilities will cover

-Responsible for collecting payments from customers as per agreed credit terms

-Manage outstanding accounts and application of payments

-Data entry /invoicing / maintaining client records in MYOB

-Customer service & communication

-General Office Duties

-Providing superior internal customer service and support to our external sales representative.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

-Excellent attention to detail.

-Ability to take responsibility for your work is essential & able to multi task.

-Has effective communication skills and can deal with a range customer queries.

-Experienced knowledge of MYOB Premier & EXO desirable.

-An ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

-Past experience in Collections and Accounts Receivables or similar role required.

-General Accounts knowledge

-A stable employment history and access to a reliable motor vehicle is desirable.
