Joining a well-established team with a strong cultural foundation, you will play a pivotal role in their finance department. They are actively seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join them on a permanent basis.

Your Opportunity

The role is responsible for executing the end-to-end AR function which includes:

Responsibilities:

• Manage credit control activities, including reconciling receipts and resolving invoice queries with the payroll team.
• Review client credit applications and conduct account reconciliations.
• Maintain customer accounts, ensuring payments match invoices and resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct credit checks for new clients and handle various ad hoc duties, including reporting and customer inquiries.
• Oversee insurance expiration procedures and vendor information collation.
• Understanding and knowledge of credit applications and vendor information collation processes.

Who You Are:

You are someone eager to advance your career and further develop your skills. We are looking for someone who can fulfill the following requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable
• Confident with Excel
• Able to thrive in a busy, successful environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and experience handling collections calls
• Experience managing high volume of transactions
