Accounts Receivable Officer - Excellent Benefits Package

MARS Recruitment are partnering with a large, highly-reputable company based in Perth Airport location, they're looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Officer on a permanent, full time basis.

• Perth Airport location
• Permanent, full time role
• $70-75k plus super (depending on experience)
• Flexible working arrangements; hours and WFH
• MUST have strong end to end AR experience and exposure to large ERP's
• MUST have full working rights and be located in Western Australia

The Responsibilities:

• Apply customer payments against debtor accounts in the general ledger, ensuing cash is correctly applied.
• Strong ability to deal with difficult customers and build relationships at all levels.
• Following up remittance advices for allocation of payments.
• Resolving any AR related discrepancies.
• Preparing weekly cheque list for banking.
• Set up payments in the banking platform once reviewed and approved for payment.
• Compile customer refunds for approval and payment.
• Generating intercompany invoices.
• Assist with national ledgers.

The Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an end to end Accounts Receivable function
• Experience with Excel and ERP systems is essential
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Must have full working rights in Australia and currently be located in Perth, Western Australia.
