Accounts Receivable Officer - Professional Development Opportunities

Their product covers a broad range of functionality, which they are continuously improving, fine-tuning, and perfecting based on customer feedback. Their focus is to have satisfied customers wanting to and using their products and services. The Company has R&D teams in Australia and Asia.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer in their Finance Group where the primary focus is the collection of payments, allocation of payments received, accounts reconciliation, managing issues related to late payments and managing the direct debit process. This role is hands on with processing accuracy and timely management of duties an essential element. There are complex and challenging requirements related to overseas payments that require the ability to analyse, problem solve and show initiative to produce successful results. There is an emphasis on cross functionality/cross skilling to ensure strong continuity of service delivery and opportunities for staff. 

The ideal candidate will be someone with 5-10 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable with collections, debtor chasing, bookkeeping/ledger experience essential.  Someone who has excellent customer service skills – critical to this function as it involves building strong long-term rapport with customers, staff, and managers. Someone who has a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, good communicator with good organisation skills. A proactive, energetic, and skilled Accounts Receivable Officer looking for a long-term role. The company has a history of their staff being with them for 5-10 years. 

The package for this role will include an attractive base salary plus super for a substantial and attractive software manufacturer.
