This well-established South Australian owned and operated MSP provider located on the outskirts of the CBD are looking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Administration Assistant as a new addition to their Administration and Finance team.

Reporting to the Office Manager and working in a small friendly and supportive team working full time in a convenient location this role is sure to please many people looking for flexibility and a positive workplace environment.

THE ROLE…
This position is responsible for providing hands on administration support to the team including accounts receivable processing, chasing debtors and providing administration support to the finance team.
  • Day to day Accounts receivable processing
  • Accounts receivable reconciliation 
  • Data entry of accounts and invoices into Xero
  • Building relationships with suppliers to ensure prompt payment of accounts
  • Credit collection 
  • Debtor reporting and record keeping
  • Administration support
  • Answering the phones as part of the team
  • Back up support for Accounts Payable
The ideal candidate…
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in accounts receivable preferably in the service industry working with high volume of debtors and experience working in a small to medium sized company where you have experienced the team spirit within a small accounts and administration team.

We will be looking for applicants with…
  • Experience with accounts receivable;
  • Experience with accounts payable if possible;
  • Strong administration skills with exceptional computer skills;
  • Good office allrounder skills to support a small administration team;
  • Strong knowledge of Xero and its functions;
  • Excellent stakeholder relations skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
