Your Role

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a key role in delivering our credit processes while delivering outstanding service to our clients and stakeholders. You will play a key role in continuous improvement in our credit process with a focus on quality and productivity. You will report to the Billing Manager, and communicate with and report directly to senior business staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable credit function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in customer accounts, collections, debt management, reporting and reconciliations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive relationships.
• Prepare detailed reports and present them to senior business staff.
• Work autonomously to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and support the team’s success.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
