Accounts Receivable Officer | Up to $83k Incl. Super | Immediate StartOur client are a dynamic food and beverage company located on Sydney's stunning Northern Beaches, and they are seeking a motivated and organised Accounts Receivable Officer to join their fast-paced finance function.
About the Role:
In this role, you will play a vital part in our financial operations, ensuring the timely and accurate collection of customer payments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer invoices and payments
- Chasing overdue accounts and maintaining a clean receivables ledger
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts receivable reports
- Providing excellent customer service in relation to account enquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer account information
- Liaising with sales and other departments on credit control matters
About You: - Significant experience in high-volume, full function accounts receivable.
- You have a strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
- You are proficient in accounting software (ideally MYOB or Xero).
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clear written and verbal English.
- You are a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- You are a team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
