Accounts Receivable Specialist - Get Hired Fast

Exciting opportunity for a standalone Accounts Receivable Specialist to join this prestigious organisation in the Upper North Shore of Sydney.

Position
Responsible for managing the end to end AR process and ensuring effective debtor management. You will be involved with:

• preparing accurate invoices and sending in timely manner
• processing fees and direct debit payments
• general ledger reconciliations and journal posting
• debtor management in line with policy
• preparing monthly reporting on debtors
• daily banking, petty cash, donation management and receipting
• liaison with external debt collection agency as required
• handling queries and resolving issues
• maintaining accurate financial records 
• managing staff expense reimbursements
• ad-hoc finance support as directed my manager

Profile
You will be an experienced finance professional with a minimum of five years or end to end AR experience and debtor management skills. Your effective communication skills will ensure relationships are built and maintained, and your calm and organised approach will ensure deadlines are met. You will have strong system and Excel skills, the ability to work autonomously and be a proactive and positive team member. Furthermore you must be patient, persistent and are able to take initiative.
