Ajen Monitoring Systems are seeking a permanent full-time Administration & Customer Service Officer to join their motivated and highly driven team.
We are looking for people who take pride in providing the best service possible and looking to diversify in the customer service & support experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Resolve customer queries quickly & accurately
- Answering medium to high volumes of in-bound calls
- Resolving complaints & ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Assisting with program reporting
- Accounts receivable support including debt collection
- Record management & data entry
